How does shipping work?

Ready to ship items are shipped within 3 business days via USPS Priority Shipping in the US. I will send you a tracking number as soon as your item ships. Please contact me for international or other shipping requests. I am not liable for lost or damaged items. Items requiring size adjustment will ship in 7-10 business days.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Please check sizes before ordering, especially ring sizes. Please note that wide band rings should be ordered in at least a half size larger than usual.

Do you do custom jewelry?

no.

How do I care for my jewelry?

I recommend using warm water with a gentle dish soap like Dawn and very soft toothbrush for occasional cleaning, but be sure to leave your jewelry off completely any for activities that might be rough, damp, or dirty! For polishing, I recommend periodically using a soft jewelry polishing cloth like Sunshine Brand on your silver, avoiding gemstone surfaces when possible. To prevent tarnish and oxidation, it can also be helpful to store your jewelry in a jewelry box or case.
